Return and Exchange of Damaged Goods
Our policy is to supply goods to our customers in perfect condition and we make every effort to do so. Should goods be damaged in transit or found to be defective on arrival, you must notify us immediately and notify us in writing within 7 days. Such goods must be returned for inspection.
We will either arrange to collect them from your nominated address or ask you to send them back to us. On receipt, and within 30 days, and providing the complaint is found to be valid, we will either replace such goods or make a refund of the value of such goods together with your return delivery costs.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us. You will then receive a refund within 30 days of our receipt of the goods in good condition. We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us following cancellation. Refunds do not extend to any perishable items or to items that have been unsealed or unwrapped.
